A Double Closing requires various services to be performed in advance. A Title Exam, Municipal Lien Certificate, and loan documents need to be prepared as well as other aspects of the closing process. A deposit is required to cover these expenses in the event the closing does not occur. Once the deposit is paid, we will begin to assemble the necessary components for closing and the deposit is non-refundable.
